Whether you're switching phones or upgrading, here's how to make the most of your Ting SIM card or a new eSIM.
Got a physical Ting SIM? It’s simple:
That’s it! Your phone is now ready to roll.
Head to the Ting dashboard and sign in with your credentials.
Navigate to Device Settings in your account.
Select Activate a device and then Bring a phone. Click Let’s Go.
Dial *#06# on your phone to find your IMEI, then enter it into the field and click Check.
Select Get eSIM.
Confirm your coverage address and update if necessary. Click Next.
Select Move a number. From the dropdown menu, choose the number you want to transfer. Click Next.
Review and update your billing details if needed, then select Next.
Review the activation summary. If all looks good, click Activate.
Check your email for a QR code. Follow the steps in the email to scan the QR code and activate your eSIM.
Follow the prompts on your device to finalize activation.

Select Check SIM if you already have a SIM, if not select get SIM and order one from the Ting shop.
