Once your number is active with Ting, you'll need to complete the setup on your device using one of the steps below.
If you haven't switched to an eSIM yet, log into your Ting account and make that change first before proceeding, this applies whether you're transferring a number to Ting, activating a new number, or switching an existing Ting number to eSIM.
Setting up your eSIM is simple. We'll email you the activation details and you can choose one of two options:
If your phone supports eSIM and you're activating Ting, you might see a push notification letting you know your eSIM is ready to install. This skips the QR code and manual setup—nice, right?
Look for the email we sent with your QR code after completing your Ting activation. The email is sent to your Ting account email.
If the QR code is on your phone:
You’ll find the SM-DP+ server address and activation code in the same email as your QR code. Use these details to activate your eSIM manually.
