Connecting an existing eero Pro 6 Ting Router to a new account

Moved into an apartment or townhome with Ting Internet, but you’re not sure how to get online? Or did you try the steps in the article above and still couldn’t connect?

No problem! Just follow the steps below to reset your eero.

1.) Connect your eero gateway to an ethernet cable

Make sure that your eero is plugged into an ethernet cable and is connected to the internet.

On the front of the eero, there is a single LED status light.

  • If you are connected to the internet, the light should be on and displaying a solid white light.
  • A solid red light means that the eero is not connected to the internet.
  • No light means that the eero does not have power.
