If you’re taking your number to another carrier, we’ll provide your porting information. We’d also love to hear why you’re canceling—your feedback helps us improve, and we might even be able to resolve any issues you’ve been experiencing.
If you change your mind, we can help you reinstate your account. If you’ve ported your number out, you can bring it back. Just contact us.
We can’t cancel accounts with unpaid balances. If you owe anything, reach out to settle your account first. We’ll also provide porting information if you’re transferring your number to another carrier.
