Getting started is easy. Here’s what you’ll need:
Let’s get you set up! Follow these simple steps to start enjoying your $0 Unlimited Plan:
1. Head over to https://tingmobile.com/mobile/byod/memphis2025
2. Create your account or sign in if you already have an account.
3. Enter your redemption code and click Check.
4. Check your phones compatibility by entering your IMEI and selecting Check. If you’re using an eSIM, make sure to use IMEI 2. Need a hand? Find your IMEI.
5. If you’re using eSIM, select Get eSIM. If you have a physical Ting SIM, select Check SIM and enter your SIM card number. Need to order a physical SIM? Select Get a SIM.
6. Enter your address to check your coverage. Select Next.
7. Select your free Ting plan! Select Choose Ting Free Mobile.
8. Decide whether to get a new number or bring your current number. Select Next.
9. If you are getting a new number, select an available area code.
10. If you're bringing your number to Ting, enter your details for your current carrier in the form.
11. Confirm your billing address and select Continue.
12. Review your activation details. If everything looks good, review the terms of service and select Next.
13. If using eSIM, we’ll email you a QR code to scan and complete your eSIM activation.

Need to add up to four more lines? Here’s how to get started:
1. Log in to your Ting account
2. In the Device Settings section of your account, Select Activate a device.
3. Check your phones compatibility by entering your IMEI and selecting Check. If you’re using an eSIM, make sure to use IMEI 2. Need a hand? Find your IMEI.
4. If you’re using eSIM, select Get eSIM. If you have a physical Ting SIM, select Check SIM and enter your SIM card number. Need to order a physical SIM? Select Get a SIM.
5. Decide whether to Get a new number or Bring your current number. Select Next.
6. If you are getting a new number, select an available Area Code.
7. If you're bringing your number to Ting, enter your details for your current carrier in the form.
8. Review your activation details. If everything looks good, review the terms of service and select Next.
9. If using eSIM, we’ll email you a QR code to scan and complete your eSIM activation.
10. Repeat for each additional line you are adding.
If you're already with Ting and you've got a redemption code, you’re eligible to switch to a new plan! Here's how to make the change.
Just a heads up: your new plan won’t kick in until the start of your next billing cycle.
1. Have your redemption code ready, then head on over to tingmobile.com/mobile/byod/memphis2025.
2. Log in to your existing Ting Mobile account.
3. Enter your redemption code. Select Check.
4. You’ll see the option to switch to the $0/month unlimited plan. Select Yes to confirm.
5. That’s it! You’ll see a success message once the change goes through. Your new plan will start with your next billing cycle.
